1 Introduction The middle school physical education and health curriculum clearly put forward the goal of training students’ mental health and social adaptability, but the current traditional teaching methods to achieve this goal is more difficult. The cooperative learning method has a great effect on the goal of cultivating students’ mental health and social adaptability in the physical education and health curriculum for middle school students.
