提出了一种在环行狭窄空间内标志点无法安放情况下,对监测点位进行非接触式测量的新方法。该方法成功解决了高炉围管及送风支管不同状态下形变位移监测问题,为最终波纹管磨损原因分析提供了可靠的量化数据。同时为同类大型设备复杂工况条件下空间位置关系检测与监测提供了一种行之有效的新方法。
A new method of non-contact measurement of monitoring point is proposed in the case where the marking point can not be placed in narrow space. The method successfully solves the problem of deformation displacement monitoring in different states of the blast furnace enclosure pipe and the air supply branch pipe and provides reliable quantitative data for the analysis of the reason of the final corrugated pipe abrasion. At the same time, a new and effective method is provided for the detection and monitoring of the spatial position of similar large-scale equipment in complex working conditions.
