前不久,笔者随领导下去采访,到一个曾被评为地区精神文明建设先进村,支部书记掏出一元七角钱一合的“彩蝶”烟招待我们,之后,他却趁机到屋外点燃一支烟。我发现他的烟没过滤嘴,瞅个空间他吸的啥烟,他无可奈何地偷亮了下四角钱一合的“大团结”。我紧追着问他袋里为什么要装两样烟,他只是摇摇头,好半天才吐出三个字:“没办法”。问村里群众,多是夸赞这位支部书记为人正派,办事公道,从没向公家报销过招待烟,每月就那四五十元补助,要是不装两样烟恐怕连门面也难撑。支部书记的行动和群众的话引起了我的思考:其一,要是不正之举成了“风”,诸如调查研究、总结
