中共中央政治局常委李长春在纪念学习雷锋活动40周年大会上强调,雷锋精神展示了共产党人的特殊品格,体现了伟大的民族精神。当前,要深入实践“三个代表”重要思想,继续发扬光大雷锋精神,推动广大人民群众积极投身改革开放和现代化建设的伟大实践,为实现党的十六大提出的全面建设小康社会的宏伟目标而努力奋斗。
