用层次分析法对被试者的动态心功能状态给予客观准确的评价,进而为特殊劳动作业人员的选拔确立综合评价方法。对11名健康男性被试者,在下体负压、被动体位、跑台和自行车功量计4种负荷条件下的动态心功能进行了测试,采用心率、血压、主动脉血流、超声心动等反映心血管功能的指标,同时记录被试者的体征、主诉及最大耐受时间。采用参数方法与非参数方法相结合、定性定量相结合,对每个被试者定量地作出评价,据每个人的总权数排序,最后选出2名心功能状态最佳者。层次分析法显著特点是定性定量相结合,层次结构模型清晰,可检验,因而提高了评价的客观性。层次分析法具有普适性,计算量小,简便易行。
Using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to give an objective and accurate assessment of the dynamic cardiac function status of subjects, and then to establish a comprehensive evaluation method for the selection of special labor workers. Eleven healthy male subjects were tested for dynamic cardiac function under 4 stress conditions of lower body negative pressure, passive body position, treadmill and bicycle dynamometer. The heart rate, blood pressure, aortic blood flow, echocardiography and so on Reflect the cardiovascular function of the indicators, while recording the subjects’ signs, complaints and maximum tolerated time. Using the combination of parametric and non-parametric methods, qualitative and quantitative analysis, each subject was quantitatively evaluated, ranked according to the total weight of each person, and finally selected 2 patients with the best state of cardiac function. AHP is characterized by the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, the hierarchical structure model is clear and verifiable, thus improving the objectivity of evaluation. Analytic Hierarchy Process has the advantages of universality, small amount of calculation, simple and easy.
