目的探讨社区卫生服务在院前急救中作用,构建以社区卫生服务为网底的院前急救体系。方法对医院与对口的社区卫生服务中心实施双向转诊的51急诊例患者在院前处置、抢救成功率、卫生宣教、后期康复等资料进行分析。结果经过社区卫生服务机构处置过的病患者在抢救成功、康复程度有明显提高,发挥社区卫生服务的效能。结论在院急救中社区卫生服务发挥医疗网底作用,可提高危急重病患者的处置率、抢救成功率、康复率。
Objective To explore the role of community health service in pre-hospital emergency and construct a pre-hospital emergency system with community health service as the bottom. Methods The data of 51 emergency cases with two-way referral hospitalized by the hospital and the counterpart community health service center before hospitalization, rescue success rate, health education, and post-rehabilitation were analyzed. Results The patients who had been treated by community health service agencies were rescued successfully, the degree of rehabilitation was significantly improved, and the effectiveness of community health services was demonstrated. Conclusion The community health service plays a role of medical net in first aid, which can improve the treatment rate, rescue success rate and recovery rate of critically ill patients.
