一、主要成绩与经验 襄樊市创建档案文明系统工作是从1995年开始的。全市各级档案部门在市档案系统精神文明建设领导小组的统一指导下,因地制宜,加大力度,完善措施,积极开展文明单位创建活动,截止1996年底,全市8个市县(市)档案局馆有6家被同级党委、政府授于文明单位,其中有3个局(馆)连续两次获此殊荣。
