在经济困难时期,企业内部存在一种矛盾。一方面,企业会有削减支出的冲动,因为许多活动并不能带来立即的投资报酬;然而另一方面,许多活动却又与企业的核心能力密切相关,并且攸关企业的长期生存和发展,员工培训和发展就属于其中之一。显然,企业必须克制这种“挖东墙补西墙”的冲动。那些没有良好培训和员工发展制度的企业,很难在快速变迁的环境下生存。因为环境变化越剧烈,企业就越需要及时调整自身的能力,而缺乏员工培训和发展的企业无法做到这点。聪明的做法是,不要一刀切,而要选择性地节省成本。有些培训和发展工作也许可以缓一缓,但有些则是与企业核心能力相关的,一点都不能省。必须从头检视每一项活动的价值,只省该省的部分。培训无疑需要成本,但是内部培训可以解决这个问题。“这是一个建立内部讲师制度的好时机。”德勤管理咨询有限公司人力资本咨询服务合伙人王大威表示。事实上,未来公司的核心竞争力是比对手更快地学习的能力。
