利用HAAKERV-100旋转流变仪和TR-1加压式毛管粘度计,在10-1s-1~104s-1的剪切速率范围内,测定了不同配方的三元复合体系的流变特性。流变数据处理结果认为,三元复合体系流变性可用Careau模型来描述。研究结果显示,在所研究的条件下(碱浓度0.5%~1.5%、聚合物浓度800mg/L~1200mg/L、表面活性剂浓度800~1200mg/L),三元复合体系表现出类似于聚合物溶液的流变特征,在低剪切速率和高剪切速率下,体系表现出牛顿流体特征;在中等剪切速率下,呈现剪切变稀的流变特性。随着碱、表面活性剂浓度的增加,三元复合体系的零剪切粘度下降,剪切变稀性能减弱。
Rheological properties of the ternary systems with different formulations were determined using a HAAKERV-100 rotary rheometer and a TR-1 pressurized capillary viscometer at a shear rate of 10-1s-1 to 104s-1. Rheological data processing results suggest that rheological properties of the ternary complex system can be described by the Careau model. The results showed that under the conditions studied (0.5% ~ 1.5% alkali concentration, polymer concentration 800mg / L ~ 1200mg / L, surfactant concentration 800 ~ 1200mg / L) Similar to the rheological characteristics of the polymer solution, the system exhibits Newtonian fluid behavior at low and high shear rates and shear-thinning rheological properties at medium shear rates. With the increase of alkali and surfactant concentration, the zero-shear viscosity of the ternary composite system decreases, and the shear thinning property decreases.
