从北京、上海、福建收集生长正常与异常的双孢蘑菇(Agaricus bisporus)的子实体及菌丝进行病毒提取及电镜观察。在感病蘑菇子实体中找到多种病毒颗粒。球形病毒颗粒直径32~34毫微米较常见,直径25及70毫微米颗粒偶尔可见。两种棒状颗粒,一种是20×130毫微米,中心有一条宽的槽;另一种是19×350毫微米,中心有槽,外形与烟草花叶病毒相似,荷兰有过报告。还有长为110~160毫微米的棍棒状颗粒,一端圆形膨大直径35~50毫微米,和一种具有尾状物的颗粒。这两种颗粒和Lesemann,Albouy在超薄切片与提取液中发现的严重的蘑菇病害相关的棍棒状,多态性病毒形态相似。
The normal and abnormal Agaricus bisporus fruit bodies and mycelium were collected from Beijing, Shanghai and Fujian Province for virus extraction and electron microscopic observation. Find a variety of virus particles in susceptible mushroom fruiting bodies. The spherical particles are 32 to 34 nanometers in diameter, with 25 and 70 nanometers in diameter occasionally seen. Two kinds of rod-shaped particles, one with a size of 20 × 130 nm and a broad groove in the center, and a size of 19 × 350 nm with a groove in the center and similar shape to tobacco mosaic virus, have been reported in the Netherlands. There are also stick-like particles of 110-160 nanometers in length, with circular bulges 35 to 50 nanometers in diameter at one end and a tail-like particle. Both of these particles are similar in morphology to clavate, polymorphic viruses associated with severe mushroom diseases found in ultrasensitive slices and extracts by Lesemann and Albouy.
