和特技飞行后6h(4:00p.m.)
Objective Adrenomelin (ADM) is a recently discovered vasoactive peptide that plays an important role in the cardiovascular system. This study aimed to explore the effect and significance of aerobatic flight on the plasma ADM content. Methods Twenty-six healthy flight crew members were used as experimental subjects, and another 16 healthy ground crew members were included as control group. Flight crews perform complex aerobatics with a maximum acceleration of + 6.5GZ. The flight crew took blood before aerobatics (6:00 a.m. fasting), aerobatics immediately after aerobatics (10:00 a.m.) and aerobatics 6h (4:00 p.m.), and the control group received the above-mentioned synchronization Blood was taken from time to time, and plasma ADM level was measured by radioimmunoassay. Results ① The levels of ADM in flight crew before flight were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.001). (2) Plasma ADM levels in flight crew decreased significantly immediately before flight (P <0.001), and plasma ADM level returned to pre-flight level after 6 h. ③ In the control group, there was no significant change in the plasma ADM content before aerobatics, aerobatics immediately and aerobatic 6h after aerobics. Conclusion The basic plasma ADM levels of pilots are higher than that of ground crew, which may be related to the frequent flight factors of pilots. Aerobatics can cause a significant decrease in plasma ADM levels, which may be related to hemodynamic changes during aerobatics and are important for maintaining cardiovascular and blood supply
