人力资源准备度为组织应对复杂多变的经营环境提供了时间弹性。本文基于战略准备度与资源冗余理论,以人力资源准备度与企业绩效关系内涵为轴心,构建了胜任力导向的人力资源准备度三层次模型,并分别从战略、技术、管理方面提出了详细的策略建议。
Human resource readiness provides time flexibility for organizations to respond to complex and volatile business environments. Based on the theory of strategic readiness and resource redundancy, and based on the relationship between the readiness of human resources and the connotation of corporate performance, this paper constructs a three-level model of competency-oriented human resource readiness and presents them in terms of strategy, technology, and management.
