由于我国长期以来城乡二元经济结构带来的种种限制和制度性障碍,使得异地务工青年怀着执着的城市梦想和融入城市的渴求,却面临种种社会融入的现实问题,难以真正融入城市。共青团是党联系青年的群众组织,具有协助党和政府处理青年事务的职能,又具有第三部门的特性,在推进新生代农民工社会融入中负有政治使命与重要责任。
Because of the various restrictions and institutional obstacles brought by the dual economic structure in urban and rural areas in our country for a long time, migrant workers in remote cities are faced with persistent urban dreams and thirst for urban integration. However, they face the practical problems of social integration and are hard to truly integrate into the cities. The CYL is a mass organization that connects the youth with the party. It has the function of assisting the party and the government to deal with youth affairs and has the characteristics of the third sector. It has a political mission and an important responsibility to promote the social integration of the new generation of migrant workers.
