东风_4型机车在我段运用中,在以下两种情况下柴油机多次发生停机: (1)提手柄加负荷; (2)司机控制器手柄从高位迅速回到零位。我段0342号机车和0231号机车是有代表性的。0342号机车柴油机提手柄加负荷时经常发生停机,直接影响安全正点。为了解决这个问题,我们对该车进行了全面观察,发现在零位时机油末端压力偏低,仅为147kPa(1.5kgf/cm~2),在16位时主机油泵出口压力正常。造成零位压力低有下列两种情况:
