目的:观察低温等离子消融治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎及慢性单纯性鼻炎的效果。方法:选择经保守治疗无效的慢性肥厚性鼻炎病人258例,慢性单纯性鼻炎病人210例,用美国杰西公司生产的低温等离子刀头,在每侧下鼻甲前、下缘、内侧面打3个孔(如鼻甲肥厚较重者可多打几个孔),进行渐进性消融。术后1周、2周、3周、1个月分别复查。结果:258例慢性肥厚性鼻炎病人其中220例1次治疗效果满意;17例,经过2次治疗后治愈;210例慢性单纯性鼻炎病人其中207例1次治疗效果满意,3例,经过2次治疗后治愈,8例伴有鼻中隔偏曲者症状减轻,13例下鼻甲骨性肥大患者无效,后经下鼻甲黏膜下部分切除及鼻中隔矫正术获治愈。结论:低温等离子消融治疗慢性单纯性鼻炎,效果良好;慢性肥厚性鼻炎,效果较佳;下鼻甲骨肥大患者效果差。
Objective: To observe the effect of low temperature plasma ablation on chronic hypertrophic rhinitis and chronic rhinitis. Methods: 258 patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis and 210 patients with chronic simple rhinitis who were treated conservatively were selected and treated with low-temperature plasma blades manufactured by Jesse Company of America on the anterior, inferior and medial sides of inferior turbinate. Conclusion: Low temperature plasma ablation for chronic simple rhinitis has a good effect. Chronic hypertrophic rhinitis is better, and the effect of inferior turbinate hypertrophy is poor.
