协同创新是指围绕创新目标多主体、多元素共同协作,相互补充、相互协作的创新行为,它是一种取长补短的智慧型创新。十八大报告指出,要坚持走中国特色自主创新道路,以全球视野谋划和推动创新,提高原始创新、集成创新和引进消化吸收再创新的能力,要更加注重协同创新。
Collaborative innovation refers to the innovative behavior of multi-agent around the goal of innovation, multi-elements work together, complement each other and cooperate with each other. It is a kind of intelligent innovation based on each other. The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that it is necessary to pay more attention to collaborative innovation by sticking to the path of independent innovation with Chinese characteristics, planning and promoting innovation with a global perspective, and enhancing the ability of primitive innovation, integrated innovation and the introduction of digestion, absorption and re-innovation.
