自古以来,中国与中南半岛关系密切。近几年来,特别是“一带一路”倡议提出后,基于中国与中南半岛经济走廊建设构想,中国与中南半岛在基础设施建设方面的合作进入新的发展阶段,目前已经在铁路与港口建设、能源、通信设施联通和技术合作等领域先后达成多项合作成果。在基础设施建设投资市场中,鉴于目前中南半岛在交通、信息通信技术和能源基础设施建设方面有巨大需求缺口,同时中国的资本输出、产能输出、海外工程承包、政府相关支持政策等供给侧因素的影响,可以预期在未来相当长一段时间内,中国与中南半岛仍具有坚实而必要的合作基础。“互联互通”是中国与中南半岛在“一带一路”发展新时期双边都值得期待的合作目标。

In the investment market for infrastructure construction, in light of the current huge demand gap between China and South Peninsula in terms of transportation, ICT and energy infrastructure construction, supply side factors such as China’s capital output, capacity output, overseas project contracting and government-related support policies It is expected that China and Indochina Peninsula will still have a solid and necessary foundation for cooperation for a long period to come. “Interconnection ” is the cooperation target that both China and Indochina Peninsula should be looking forward to under the “Belt and Road” development period.
