为了适应新课标,教师的角色至少要发生这样的变化;由传授转化为研究者,由管理者转化为引导者,由实践者转化为研究者。职业角色的转换要求教师成为反思型的教师,教师只有把自己定位于一个反思研究者,才能成为教学改革的主动参与者和很好的适应者。这就要求教师不仅要有成功的经验行为,还要有理性的思考,应全面审视已有的教育理论和教学实践,反思自己的教育行为,完善自己的教育实践。
In order to adapt to the new curriculum standard, the teacher’s role at least has to undergo such changes; from teaching to research, from the manager to the leader, and from the practitioner to the researcher. The transformation of professional roles requires teachers to become reflective teachers. Teachers can only become themselves a reflective researcher and can become an active participant and a good adaptor of teaching reform. This requires that teachers must not only have successful experience and behavior, but also have rational thinking. They should thoroughly examine the existing educational theories and teaching practices, reflect on their own educational behavior, and improve their own educational practices.
