目的分析术中温度干预对老年髋部手术后凝血功能的影响。方法选取2013年5月~2014年11月我院收治的行髋部手术的老年患者80例作为研究对象,按照计算机数字法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组40例,对照组术中采用常规护理,研究组术中采用温度干预,比较两组低温发生率及术后凝血功能变化。结果研究组低温发生率与对照组低温发生率进行比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后FIB、APTT、TT、PT等凝血功能相关指标均优于对照组,组间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术中温度干预可降低老年髋部手术中低温发生率,提高对凝血功能的保护性。
Objective To analyze the effect of intraoperative temperature intervention on the coagulation function of elderly patients after hip surgery. Methods Eighty elderly patients admitted to our hospital from May 2013 to November 2014 were enrolled in this study. They were divided into control group and study group according to computer numerical method, 40 cases in each group. The control group In the routine care, study group intraoperative temperature intervention, the incidence of hypothermia in both groups and postoperative coagulation changes. Results The incidence of hypothermia in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The indexes of coagulation function such as FIB, APTT, TT, PT in the study group were better than those in the control group, The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Intraoperative temperature intervention can reduce the incidence of hypothermia in elderly hip surgery and improve the protection of coagulation function.
