研究了芒果果实钙吸收的变化动态。结果表明果实钙素积累呈单S型。最大吸收期出现在果实快速生长期(座果后约35~50d),此吸收量约占果实总钙的90%。钙吸收速率与果实鲜重增长速率呈正相关,表明果实生长本身才是钙进入果实的首要调控因子。果皮钙含量高出果肉与种子一倍以上,成熟前,果皮钙浓度下降约20%~25%,而果肉与种子钙浓度下降约60%。
The changes of calcium absorption in mango fruit were studied. The results showed that fruit calcium accumulation was single S type. The maximum absorption period appears in the rapid fruit growth period (about 35 ~ 50d after the fruit set), which accounts for about 90% of the total calcium in fruit. The rate of calcium absorption was positively correlated with the rate of fruit fresh weight growth, indicating that fruit growth itself is the primary regulator of calcium entry into the fruit. The content of calcium in the pericarp was more than double that of the flesh and seeds. Before ripening, the calcium concentration in the pericarp decreased by about 20% -25%, while the calcium concentration in the flesh and seeds decreased about 60%.
