我国的建筑行业竞争日趋激烈,各类建筑公司的实力也逐渐增强,逐步发展壮大为综合化、专业化的公司。然而成本管理方面存在着一些不足之处,无法和真正的项目实践紧密结合起来,因此也难以体现出基于信息系统的管理优势。本文结合具体的工程项目,引入了基于挣值法的管理策略,给出基于挣值法的工程项目成本控制思路,同时确定成本控制目标以及成本偏差程度,并重点阐述基于挣值法的项目成本控制步骤。
China’s construction industry increasingly competitive, the strength of various types of construction companies has gradually increased, and gradually grow and develop as a comprehensive and specialized company. However, there are some shortcomings in cost management and can not be closely integrated with the real project practice, so it is difficult to reflect the advantages of information system-based management. In this paper, the specific project, the introduction of the management strategy based on the earned value method, given the project value based on the earned value method of cost control, while determining the cost control objectives and the degree of cost deviation, and focuses on the project value based on Earned Value Control steps.
