“化学工人”血中VCH水平明显高于“正常人”,其血中水平分别是:CHL2589.9ng/L、TRI516.0ng/L、TET172.3ng/L。
The volatile chlorinated hydrocarbons (VCH) in blood of 236 “normal people” and 37 “chemical workers” were determined by gas chromatography. The detection rates of volatile chlorinated hydrocarbons in normal people were 84% of chloroform, 60% of trichlorethylene and 67% of tetrachlorethylene, the average levels were CHL534ng / L , TRI136ng / L, TET37ng / L. “Chemical workers” blood VCH levels were significantly higher than “normal”, the blood levels were: CHL2589.9ng / L, TRI516.0ng / L, TET172.3ng / L. There was a significant difference between the two (P <0.05). This indicates that there is VCH contamination in the “Chemical Worker” working environment. Thus in the normal population of normal blood VCH levels in the normal range, should be removed “chemical workers” in this part of the population. VCH levels in smokers and non-smokers had no significant difference (P> 0.05).
