(2014-2017年)为更好地贯彻落实卫生计生法律法规,有序推动卫生计生法律法规的监督检查工作,现制定本规划。一、监督检查范围和工作目标重点监督检查以我委职责为主要内容的、重要的卫生计生法律、行政法规和涉及的部门规章。通过开展监督检查,研究存在的问题,提出改进工作的建议,督促有关单位落实法律、行政法规要求。到2017年完成对7部卫生计生法律、17部行政法规
(2014-2017) In order to better implement the health and family planning laws and regulations and orderly promote the supervision and inspection of laws and regulations on health and family planning, the plan is formulated. First, the scope of supervision and inspection objectives and work focus on the supervision and inspection to my responsibility as the main content of the Committee, the important health and family planning laws and administrative regulations and departmental rules involved. Through conducting supervision and inspection, studying the existing problems, putting forward suggestions on improving the work and urging the relevant units to implement the requirements of laws and administrative regulations. By 2017, seven health and family planning laws and 17 administrative regulations will be completed
