目的建立顶空固相微萃取气相色谱法测定尿中三苯的方法。方法尿中三苯采用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱法进行测定,研究并探讨了萃取温度、萃取时间、盐浓度、搅拌速度、解吸温度等因素对尿中三苯萃取量的影响,选定了最佳分析条件。结果尿中三苯经75μmCAR/PDMS固相微萃取头进行富集,在萃取温度为50℃下萃取10 min,被测物标准曲线线性关系良好,精密度达到标准溶液各点的相对标准偏差小于10%;样品加标回收率大于75%。结论该方法具有无须有机溶剂、所需样品量较少、操作简单、快速的优点,检测的灵敏度较高,适用于尿中三苯的检测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of triphenylbenzene in urine by headspace solid phase microextraction and gas chromatography. Methods The urinary tri-benzene was determined by headspace solid-phase microextraction-gas chromatography. The effects of extraction temperature, extraction time, salt concentration, stirring speed and desorption temperature on the amount of triphenylbenzene in urine were studied. Set the best analysis conditions. Results The urinary tribenzoites were enriched by 75μmCAR / PDMS solid-phase microextraction heads and extracted at 50 ℃ for 10 min. The standard curve of the analytes showed good linearity and the relative standard deviation (RSD) 10%; sample spike recovery greater than 75%. Conclusion The method has the advantages of no organic solvent, less sample amount, simple operation and fastness, high sensitivity and is suitable for the detection of urinary triphenylbenzene.
