现在的人健身意识很强,晚饭后大家都喜欢遛遛弯,散散步。您知道吗?作为怀柔区工会会员还有一个免费锻炼的好去处,那就是来怀柔区总工会练瑜伽、跳肚皮舞,还能打太极拳和八段锦。自2014年起,怀柔区工人文化宫职工健身俱乐部开始为在职职工免费开放,每天下午都有很多职工来健身,特别是晚上职工健身俱乐部里总是灯火通明。一层是瑜伽和肚皮舞课堂,二层是力量型器械跑步机和动感单车。这些服务受到了广大会员的一致
