在油气长输管道建设中,受不同地理条件影响和限制,管道通过大型河流湖泊、高速公路、铁路及地面建筑等特殊地段时,常常采用定向钻穿越方式进行施工。管道定向钻穿越具有工期短、不影响管线走向、安全环保等优点,成为管道建设中通过特殊地段的首选方式。但是在回拖过程中,由于地质条件的影响,对管道防腐层造成损伤。文章针对甬绍金衢成品油管道实际穿越施工中防腐层遭到的损伤情况进行讨论,研究保护措施,最后确定光固化套、双层熔结环氧结构等方法组合运用的联合保护方案。
In the construction of long-distance oil and gas pipelines, due to the influence and restriction of different geographical conditions, when the pipelines pass special large-scale rivers, lakes, expressways, railways and ground buildings, they are often constructed by directional drilling. Pipeline directional drilling through has the advantages of short construction period, does not affect the pipeline, safety and environmental protection, pipe construction has become the preferred way through a special section. However, during the drag-back process, the pipe coating is damaged due to the influence of geological conditions. In this paper, the damage of the anticorrosive coatings in the actual cross-over construction of the Ningbo-Qujing Qu refined oil pipeline is discussed and the protective measures are discussed. Finally, the combined protection scheme of the combination of the light-cured sleeve and the double-layer fused epoxy structure is determined.
