招聘过程是员工与组织第一次正面接触,应该是心理契约建立的第一个环节,招聘过程中传递的信息是创建和信守心理契约的基础。本文分析了招聘中容易出现的问题,并针对招聘过程提出了心理契约建立应注意的问题。
The hiring process is the first positive contact between employees and organizations. It should be the first step in the establishment of psychological contract. The information conveyed in the hiring process is the basis for creating and abiding the psychological contract. This article analyzes the problems that are easy to appear in recruitment, and puts forward some problems that should be paid attention to in establishing psychological contract for recruitment process.
