目的研究小花吴茱萸Euodia rutaecarpa var.officinalis的化学成分和抗菌活性。方法采用各种柱色谱及制备液相等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构,利用菌丝生长法进行抗菌活性的初步筛选。结果从小花吴茱萸70%乙醇提取物中分离得到15个成分,分别鉴定为吴茱萸碱(1)、吴茱萸次碱(2)、去氢吴茱萸碱(3)、二氢吴茱萸卡品碱(4)、吴茱萸卡品碱(5)、1-甲基-2-十一烷基-4(1H)-喹诺酮(6)、1-甲基-2-[(4Z,7Z)-4,7-十三碳二烯]-4(1H)-喹诺酮(7)、1-甲基-2-[(6Z,9Z)-6,9-十五碳二烯]-4(1H)-喹诺酮(8)、柠檬苦素(9)、石虎柠檬素A(10)、isolimonexic acid(11)、wuzhuyurutine B(12)、豆甾醇(13)、β-谷甾醇(14)、β-胡萝卜苷(15)。结论化合物5~8和11~13是首次从该植物中得到,不同类型化合物在10μg/m L质量浓度下对植物病原真菌表现出选择性抑菌作用。
Aim To study the chemical constituents and antibacterial activity of Euodia rutaecarpa var.officinalis. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by column chromatography and preparative liquid chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. The mycelial growth was used to screen the antibacterial activity. Results Fifteen components were isolated from the 70% ethanol extract of Fructus Evodiae, and were identified as evodiamine (1), rutaecarpine (2), dehydrovoecine (3), dihydroxytryptamine (4) (5), 1-methyl-2-undecyl-4 (1H) -quinolone (6), 1-methyl-2 - [(4Z, 7Z) -4,7-thirteen Quinolone (7), 1-methyl-2 - [(6Z, 9Z) -6,9-pentadecadien] -4 (1H) Limonin (9), limonin A (10), isolimonexic acid (11), wuzhuyurutine B (12), stigmasterol (13), beta-sitosterol (14) and beta-daucosterol (15). Conclusions Compounds 5 ~ 8 and 11 ~ 13 were obtained from this plant for the first time. Different compounds exhibited selective antibacterial activity against phytopathogenic fungi at the concentration of 10μg / mL.
