OMA-CHI是采用PCD线性图像传感器研制成的汉字光学多道分析仪.该仪器可实时、直观地对光谱采样与分析,精确快速测定谱线的波长与相对强度,并可对光源随时间变化的特性进行研究.本文着重阐述该仪器的软件设计及其应用,它有多种采谱方式,有较强的光谱处理和信息存取功能,采用中文菜单提示,操作方便,适宜于在可见光区对各种强弱不同的光源进行光谱分析,波长测量精度为0.1nm,谱线分辨率0.21nm,一次取谱宽度34nm,取谱速度60ms,相对强度测量精度1%,本仪器可广泛应用于教学、科研和生产领域对材料的分析.
