20世纪70年代,徐立清曾任济南军区政委。笔者曾在济南军区服役18载,有机会了解和学习徐立清的许多感人事迹。这位将军当年淡泊名利的“三让”风范,始终镌刻在我的心扉。让级别1952年4月,全军干部评级工作正式启动,由时任中央军委总干部部副部长的徐立清主抓这项工作。评级工作复杂而敏感,涉及到每个军队干部的切身利益。当时不少人找到徐立清,希望高定级别。针对这种不正常的情况,徐立清明确指示:“要按评级条件办,违背条件的一个也不能照顾。”
