高产高效矿井采运系统可靠性模型

在煤仓可靠性分析的基础上 ,建立了“一矿一面”和“一矿二面”高产高效矿井采运系统可靠性模型 ,得到了系统可用度和相对利用率的计算公式 .模型能预测采运系统可靠性指标 ,找出系统的薄弱环节 ,提出改善系统可靠性的措施 ,从而为矿井的高产高效提供科学依据 .把该模型应用于潞安矿务局常村矿采运系统表明 ,它是可靠和实用的 ,其结果对该矿的高产高效有指导意义 Based on the reliability analysis of coal bunker, the reliability models of “one ore one side” and “one ore two sides” high yield and high efficiency mine transportation system are established, and the formulas of availability and relative utilization of the system are obtained.The model can predict Mining system reliability index to identify the weak links in the system and put forward measures to improve the system reliability so as to provide a scientific basis for the high yield and high efficiency of the mine.The application of this model to the mining system of Changcun Mine in Lu’an Mining Bureau shows that, It is reliable and practical, and the result is instructive for the high yield and efficiency of the mine
