目的研究布渣叶Microcos paniculata的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、大孔树脂等柱色谱及制备液相色谱等方法进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质、波谱数据等鉴定结构。结果从布渣叶的醋酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取部位分离并鉴定了12个化合物,分别为异鼠李素(1)、表儿茶素(2)、黑麦草内酯(3)、去氢吐叶醇(4)、香草酸(5)、丁香酸(6)、咖啡酸甲酯(7)、对羟基苯甲酸(8)、对香豆酸(9)、木栓醇(10)、豆甾醇(11)、β-谷甾醇(12)。结论化合物3~7、9~12均为首次从该属植物中分离得到,其中化合物3和4为首次从该属植物中分离得到的单萜类化合物。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Microcos paniculata. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, macroporous resin and preparative liquid chromatography. Their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Twelve compounds were isolated and identified from the ethyl acetate and n-butanol extracts of Clostridium mediterranei. They were isorhamnetin (1), epicatechin (2), ryegrass lactone (3) (5), syringic acid (6), caffeic acid methyl ester (7), p-hydroxybenzoic acid (8), p-coumaric acid Stigmasterol (11), β-sitosterol (12). Conclusions Compounds 3 ~ 7 and 9 ~ 12 were isolated from this genus for the first time. Among them, compounds 3 and 4 were the first terpenoids isolated from this genus.
