目的探讨胃癌根治术后早期肠内营养(EN)对患者术后恢复情况的影响。方法回顾性分析行胃癌根治术后接受EN和肠外营养(PN)各42例患者的临床资料,比较两种营养支持方法对患者营养状况、围手术期并发症、胃肠功能恢复和住院时间及血清蛋白的影响。结果与PN组比较,EN组患者术后肛门排气早(P=0.001),住院时间短(P=0.004),且术后8 d前清蛋白和清蛋白恢复较快(均P<0.05)。结论早期EN是胃癌根治术后理想的营养支持方式。
Objective To investigate the effect of early enteral nutrition (EN) on postoperative recovery in patients with gastric cancer after radical operation. Methods The clinical data of 42 patients receiving EN and parenteral nutrition (PN) after radical gastrectomy were retrospectively analyzed. The nutritional status, perioperative complications, gastrointestinal function recovery and hospital stay were compared between the two nutritional support methods. And serum protein. Results Compared with PN group, the rate of anal exhaust in patients with EN was earlier (P = 0.001) and shorter in hospital stay (P = 0.004), and albumin and albumin recovered faster 8 days after operation (all P <0.05) . Conclusion Early EN is the ideal nutritional support after radical operation of gastric cancer.
