研究了MGH956合金冷轧薄板在(1100~1350℃)×(0.5~2 h)的等温热处理条件下,金相组织的变化和再结晶行为的特点。结果表明,MGH956合金冷轧薄板再结晶开始温度很高;从再结晶开始温度到1350℃,再结晶组织随着温度的升高越来越粗大;随着再结晶温度的升高,MGH956合金冷轧薄板完成再结晶的时间逐渐缩短。
The change of microstructure and the recrystallization behavior of MGH956 alloy cold rolled sheet under isothermal heat treatment (1100 ~ 1350 ℃) × (0.5 ~ 2 h) were studied. The results show that the recrystallization temperature of MGH956 alloy cold-rolled sheet is very high. From recrystallization start temperature to 1350 ℃, the recrystallization structure becomes more and more coarse with the increase of temperature. With the increase of recrystallization temperature, The time to complete the recrystallization of the sheet is gradually shortened.
