目的:研究民间草药大黄橐吾根及根茎的化学成分,为其资源开发提供科学依据。方法:运用色谱法、结晶法等手段分离,通过理化常数及波谱数据鉴定结构。结果:鉴定6个化合物分别为咖啡酸(Ⅰ),二十二烷基-反式-咖啡酸酯[(E)-docosyl-3,4-dihydroxycinnamate,Ⅱ],二十二烷基-反式-阿魏酸酯[(E)-docosyl-3-methoxy-4-hy-droxyferulate,Ⅲ],β-香树脂酮(-βamyrone,Ⅳ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅴ)和胡萝卜苷(Ⅵ)。结论:以上6个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物Ⅱ,Ⅳ为首次从橐吾属内分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the folk herbs Ligularia radix root and rhizome and provide scientific basis for its resource development. Methods: Chromatography, crystallization, etc. were used to separate the structures. The structures were identified by physicochemical constants and spectral data. RESULTS: Six compounds were identified as caffeic acid (I), behenyl-trans-caffemate [(E)-docosyl-3,4-dihydroxycinnamate, II], behenyl-trans - Ferulic Esters [(E)-docosyl-3-methoxy-4-hy-droxyferulate, III], -βamyrone (IV), β-Sitosterol (V) and Carboxyd (VI) . Conclusion: The above six compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds II and IV were isolated from Ligularia for the first time.
