中国银行四川省分行近日在成都与蓉城38家房地产商签订了2004年的银企合作协议。中国银行四川省分行承诺,在2004年将为成都房地产企业提供110亿元的房地产贷款,其中用于房地产开发的意向贷款40亿元,用于房地产按揭的贷款70亿元。 该行自1999年开办房地产贷款业务以来,至今已向成都房地产投入各项贷款200亿元,累计余额84亿
Bank of China Sichuan Branch recently signed an agreement on cooperation between banks and enterprises in 2004 with 38 real estate developers in Chengdu. Bank of China Sichuan Branch promised to provide 11 billion yuan of real estate loans to real estate enterprises in Chengdu in 2004, of which the intention loan for real estate development was 4 billion yuan and the loan for real estate mortgage was 7 billion yuan. Since the bank started the real estate loan business in 1999, it has invested 20 billion yuan in various real estate loans in Chengdu with a cumulative balance of 8.4 billion yuan
