采用应变率成像技术(SRI)分别对30例原发性高血压患者(EH组)及30例健康查体者(对照组)探测左心室6个壁基底部、中间部和心尖部舒张早期应变率(SReb、SRem、SRea),统计两组左壁出现左室收缩后缩短(PSS)的节段数,结果EH组SReb、SRem、SRea均低于对照组(P均<0.05),PSS出现率及绝对值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。认为SRI技术可定量、准确评价EH左心室收缩功能及PSS,从而及早发现心肌缺血。
Thirty patients with essential hypertension (EH group) and 30 healthy controls (control group) were used to detect the basal, middle and apical early diastolic strain of the left ventricle using strain rate imaging (SRI) (SReb, SRem, SRea). The segments of left ventricular systolic shortening (PSS) in the left wall of the two groups were counted. The results showed that the SReb, SRem and SRea in EH group were lower than those in control group And absolute values were higher than the control group (P <0.05). That SRI technology can be quantitative and accurate assessment of EH left ventricular systolic function and PSS, early detection of myocardial ischemia.
