目前对基坑降水引起邻近建筑物的沉降的研究,很少涉及到黄土地层。本文以西安地铁大后区间工程为例,研究了黄土地层条件下基坑降水引起相邻建筑物的沉降。采用改进的粘性土分层总和法,计算了此区间深基坑降水引起邻近建筑物产生的沉降,并与实际监测结果进行比较。结果表明,由于计算未考虑开挖产生的沉降,计算结果比实际沉降要小,实际沉降大约是计算沉降的1.5倍。采用本文提出的改进的粘性土分层总和法计算西北黄土地区基坑降水引起邻近建筑物的沉降是可行的。
At present, the research on the settlement of adjacent buildings caused by foundation pit dewatering rarely involves loess formation. In this paper, taking the project of Xi’an metro big rear area for example, the settlement of adjacent buildings caused by foundation pit dewatering under loess stratum condition is studied. By using the improved clay layered summation method, the settlement of adjacent buildings caused by deep foundation pit dewatering in this interval is calculated and compared with the actual monitoring results. The results show that the actual settlement is about 1.5 times of the settlement due to the calculation does not consider the settlement caused by excavation, the calculation result is smaller than the actual settlement. It is feasible to calculate the settlement of the adjacent buildings caused by the foundation pit dewatering in the northwestern loess area by using the modified clay layered summation method proposed in this paper.
