[目的]探讨胃癌微血管密度与VEGF表达的临床病理意义。[方法]采用超敏SP法检测138例胃癌患者微血管密度(MVD)和VEGF表达,结合临床病理学特征进行相关分析。[结果]胃癌组织MVD平均为45.77±11.31,MVD与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结状态相关(P<0.05);VEGF表达阳性率为85.5%(118/138),VEGF阳性表达与组织学分化型、淋巴结转移、血管浸润相关。MVD在VEGF阳性表达组显著高于阴性表达组(P=0.008);MVD值与VEGF表达状态显著相关。[结论]MVD值与VEGF激活在胃癌发展进程中发挥重要作用,联合检测MVD和VEGF表达可作为胃癌生物学行为和预后的判断指标。
[Objective] To investigate the clinicopathological significance of microvessel density and VEGF expression in gastric cancer. [Method] The microvessel density (MVD) and VEGF expression in 138 cases of gastric cancer were detected by the method of hypersensitivity SP, and the correlation analysis was made with clinicopathological features. [Results] The average MVD in gastric cancer tissues was 45.77 ± 11.31. The MVD was correlated with the depth of tumor invasion and lymph node status (P <0.05). The positive rate of VEGF expression was 85.5% (118/138). The positive expression of VEGF correlated with histological differentiation, lymph node Metastasis, vascular invasion related. MVD was significantly higher in VEGF-positive group than in negative group (P = 0.008); MVD was significantly correlated with VEGF expression. [Conclusion] MVD and VEGF activation play an important role in the development of gastric cancer. Combined detection of MVD and VEGF expression can be used as a judgment index for the biological behavior and prognosis of gastric cancer.
