目的:探讨总三碘甲状腺激素(TT3)、游离四碘甲状腺激素(FT4)、总四碘甲状腺激素(TT4)水平在糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者的变化。方法:选取本院2012年1月至2015年1月收治的糖尿病患者125例,根据是否合并酮症酸中毒将患者分为观察组(合并酮症酸中毒,63例)与对照组(未合并酮症酸中毒,62例),采用免疫发光法测定甲状腺激素:TT3、FT4、TT4,促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平。比较两组患者治疗前后TT3、FT4、TT4、TSH水平的变化。结果:治疗前,观察组TT3、FT4、TT4水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后,全部患者TT3、FT4、TT4水平明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),TSH水平明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者TT3、FT4、TT4水平显著降低,经治疗后甲状腺激素水平均显著改善。
Objective: To investigate the changes of total triiodothyroid hormone (TT3), free tetraiodothyronine (FT4) and total tetraiodothyroid hormone (TT4) in patients with diabetic ketoacidosis. Methods: From January 2012 to January 2015 in our hospital, 125 patients with diabetes mellitus were enrolled. Patients were divided into observation group (ketoacidosis, 63 cases) and control group (uncombined Ketoacidosis, 62 cases). Thyroid hormones such as TT3, FT4, TT4 and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) were measured by immunoluminescence. The changes of TT3, FT4, TT4 and TSH before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: The levels of TT3, FT4 and TT4 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group before treatment (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of TT3, FT4 and TT4 in all the patients were significantly higher than those before treatment (P <0.05) Before treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion: The levels of TT3, FT4 and TT4 in patients with diabetic ketoacidosis were significantly decreased, and the levels of thyroid hormone were significantly improved after treatment.
