以二醋酸纤维素(CA)为基质,加入适量丙烯腈与衣康酸共聚物(PAN)共混纺丝,制取中空纤维血浆分离膜。以扫描电子显微镜、压汞仪等测试手段,系统考查了分离膜在血浆分离前后结构及性能的变化,并讨论了影响血浆分离的若干因素。结果表明,由于血浆蛋白在中空纤维分离膜内壁的富集,膜阻增加,血浆通量随时间的延长而衰减,以血浆通量最低值100ml/min·m~2计,已大大超过单人输、采血浆的要求。
With cellulose diacetate (CA) as substrate, appropriate amount of acrylonitrile and itaconic acid copolymer (PAN) were blended to prepare hollow fiber plasma membrane. The changes of the structure and properties of the separation membrane before and after plasma separation were systematically investigated by means of scanning electron microscopy and mercury porosimetry, and some factors influencing plasma separation were discussed. The results showed that due to the enrichment of plasma proteins on the inner wall of the hollow fiber separation membrane, the membrane resistance increased and the plasma flux decayed with time. With the lowest plasma flux of 100ml / min · m ~ 2, Lose, the plasma requirements.
