设计合成了11种未见文献报道的新型噻吩硫羰基腙衍生物,经元素分析、红外光谱测定,其组成和结构得到证实。抑菌活性结果表明,部分化合物对9种受试菌种具有较强的抑菌活性,设计合成的中间体噻吩硫酰肼(M)对多数受试菌种有较强的抑菌作用,表明噻吩环与NCS结构结合对此类化合物的抑菌活性有重要意义。
Eleven kinds of novel thienylthiocarbonyl hydrazone derivatives were reported. Elemental analysis and FTIR spectra showed that their compositions and structures were confirmed. The results of antibacterial activity showed that some of the compounds had strong antibacterial activities against 9 kinds of tested bacteria. The thienyl thiohydrazide (M) was designed and synthesized to have strong antibacterial activity on most tested strains, indicating that The combination of thiophene ring and NCS structure is of great importance to the antibacterial activity of these compounds.
