目的:研究植物见血封喉正丁醇提取物中一个二糖甲型强心苷的化学结构。方法:应用1D和2D-NMR技术,如1H-NMR、13C-NMR、1H-1H COSY、HSQC、HMBC、HSQC-TOCSY、ROESY等解析并鉴定该化合物结构。结果:根据光谱数据结合文献报道,化合物1鉴定为glucostrophalloside。结论:本研究首次报道了化合物1的核磁数据,并对该化合物的1H NMR和13C NMR信号进行了全归属和详细分析。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical structure of a disaccharide glycoside A cardiac glycoside in plant nifedipine n-butanol extract. Methods: The structure of this compound was resolved and identified by 1D and 2D-NMR techniques such as 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, 1H-1H COZY, HSQC, HMBC, HSQC-TOCSY, ROESY and so on. Results: According to the spectral data and reported in the literature, compound 1 was identified as glucostrophalloside. Conclusion: The NMR data of compound 1 were firstly reported in this study. The 1H NMR and 13C NMR signals of the compound were completely assigned and analyzed in detail.
