分层教学是建立在教育学、心理学、语言学理论基础上的教学形式,其目的是创设因材施教的环境,强调以人为本,以学定教。教师依据分层教学理论,在教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、评价体系等方面进行教学分层并加以实践,可以提高高职英语教学的效果和质量。但施教过程中仍存在诸如教材滞后、评价方法缺乏客观性等方面的问题,需要进一步研究和完善。
Layered teaching is based on pedagogy, psychology, linguistics theory based on the form of teaching, its purpose is to create a teaching environment, emphasizing people-oriented, to learn to teach. Based on the hierarchical teaching theory, teachers can stratify and practice teaching in teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching methods and evaluation system, which can improve the effect and quality of English teaching in higher vocational colleges. However, there are still some problems in the process of teaching, such as the lagging of teaching materials and the lack of objectivity of evaluation methods, which needs further study and improvement.
