根据国内大型煤炭综采设备在自动化功能配置的成套性问题和控制系统智能化水平低等问题,分析了综采设备在生产过程中的相关关联的多种因素,按照把综采工作面成套装备控制系统作为一个出煤系统来进行研究的方法,提出了综采成套装备智能系统的设计思路和总体技术框架,由顶向下进行顶层设计,把整体功能与局部功能相结合;由底层向上开发综采成套装备单机子系统和系统平台。该系统在我国多个矿区进行了试验与应用,并取得了良好的应用效果,推进了我国煤矿综采工作面无人化或少人化开采技术的深入研究。
