研究大黑蚂蚁提取物、蚁匀浆及两种复方蚁制剂对生殖内分泌系统的生物作用。从性腺重量、病理组织学(光镜、电镜)、血清性激素水平三方面证明蚁提取物及复方2号蚁液对被试动物生殖内分泌系统有双相促进作用。用药4周能使睾丸、卵巢、于宫重量及与体重比值增加,睾丸曲细精管直径增大,分泌性激素的间质细胞数增多,生殖细胞活跃程度增强。电镜下细胞内线粒体、内质网、糖原颗粒及脂滴增多,周围血清雄性睾酮水平增高,E_2/T下降;雌性雌二醇水平升高,E_2/T上升。各指标与对照组比较均有显著性差异。
The biological effects of big black ant extracts, ant homogenates and two compound ant preparations on the reproductive endocrine system were studied. Three aspects of gonad weight, histopathology (light microscopy, electron microscopy) and serum sex hormone levels proved that the ant extract and compound No. 2 ant fluid had a biphasic promoting effect on the reproductive endocrine system of the tested animals. After 4 weeks of treatment, the ratio of testis, ovary, uterus weight and body weight increased, the diameter of testicular seminiferous tubules increased, the number of stromal cells secreting sex hormones increased, and the degree of reproductive cell activity increased. Electron microscopy showed that intracellular mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum, glycogen granules, and lipid droplets increased, serum male testosterone levels increased, and E 2 /T decreased. Female estradiol levels increased and E 2 /T increased. There were significant differences between the indicators and the control group.
