在各路保险巨头争相瓜分中国大陆地盘时,不可小瞧有一股力量,那就是隔海相望的台湾保险业界。国泰人寿不仅在台湾民营企业排名位居前列。且位居世界500强前列,它也是其所属的家族企业霖园企业中一股力量较强的势力。作为台湾寿险业进入大陆市场的先驱公司,国泰人寿2001年元月正式在北京成立代表处,不久的将来还会在成都设第二个代表处。
While insurers in various sectors are scrambling to divide up the territory of mainland China, we must not forget that there is a force that Taiwan insurance industry across the sea faces. Cathay Life Insurance not only ranked the top privately-owned enterprises in Taiwan. And ranked the forefront of the world’s top 500, it is also a powerful enterprise in its affiliated family business Lin Park Enterprises. As a pioneer company in Taiwan’s life insurance market entering mainland China, Cathay Life Insurance formally established a representative office in Beijing in January 2001 and will set up a second representative office in Chengdu in the near future.
