广电集团核心竞争力及多元化战略研究

随着我国整体经济环境的日益好转,文化传播领域的发展较以往有了很大的改善。与此同时,国外传媒业的繁荣发展有目共睹,如何让我国传媒业在全球一体化的市场竞争中占据有利位置,已经成为业界共同的心声。截至目前,我国以广播电视为核心多元化发展的广电集团已经取得了诸多可圈可点的成绩,其竞争力水平在不断提升。但同时,我们也要正视广电集团化发展道路中所存在的现实问题,以国外优秀传媒集团的发展为鉴,进一步优化我国广电集团的核心经营理念及实施战略,以此来提高集团企业的核心竞争力。本文就基于核心竞争力的广电集团的发展状况进行论述,结合行业发展的国际化标准,深度探究广电集团多元化经营管理战略的优劣。 As the overall economic environment in our country is getting better, the development in the field of cultural communication has greatly improved over the past. At the same time, the prosperity and development of foreign media industry are obvious to all. How to make our media industry occupy a favorable position in the global market competition has become the common aspiration of the industry. Up to now, China Radio and Television Group has diversified development of broadcasting and television as the core has made many remarkable achievements, its competitiveness is constantly improving. However, at the same time, we must also face up to the real problems existing in the development of the Group’s radio and television groups. Taking the development of excellent foreign media groups as a guide, we should further optimize the core business philosophy and implementation strategy of our Group, so as to enhance the core of the Group’s enterprises Competitiveness. In this paper, based on the core competitiveness of the development of radio and television group to discuss the situation, combined with the development of international standards of the industry, in-depth study of the pros and cons of diversified management strategy for the Group.
