为实现汽车变速器的室內程序模拟试验,更好地为提高汽车产品质量服务,长春汽车研究所在各兄弟单位的大力协助下:研制成了一台“程序控制汽车变速器试验台”。这种试验台较传统的机械闭式试验台具有:机械结构简单,效率高,速度快,对转速扭矩的控制较灵活、准确,不要赔试件,且可以对液力变扭器进行各项性能试验等优点。但它的电机功率和体积较大,电气控制系统也较复杂。
