本文主要研究当正式组织中的权威与非正式群体中的权威二合为一时可能会发生的两难困境:不能兼顾效率和情谊。本文主要认为正式组织中的权威和非正式群体中的权威职责的差异、权力来源的不同及由此导致权力强制性的不同是这两种权威在合一时出现了两难困境的原因。在本文最后提出利用权威的二合为一带来的优点——沟通上的优势来尽量走出这种两难困境。 This article focuses on the dilemma that can arise when the authority in the formal organization is combined with the authority in the informal group: one can not balance both efficiency and friendship. This paper mainly argues that the difference between the authority and responsibility of the formal organizations and the informal groups, the different sources of power and the consequent differences in power are the two dilemmas that arise when these two kinds of authority are combined. At the end of this article, we propose to use the advantages of the two-in-one as the advantages of communication to try to get out of this dilemma.
